Freight Day: every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday

Except holidays in Japan and Chinese New Year holiday period* in Hong Kong

Same Day Delivery

Same Day Delivery means delivering the flowers to your door step on the Freight Day

The delivery time should be between 5pm to 8pm
Next Day Delivery

Next Day Delivery means delivering the flowers to your door step before 3pm as follow:

Tuesday freight order will be delivered on Wednesday or Thursday before 3pm

Thursday freight order will be delivered on Friday before 3pm

Saturday freight order will be delivered on Sunday or Monday before 3pm

Please note that there is no freight on Wednesday and Sunday.

All flowers will be stored in cold chain warehouse before delivery.
Force Majeure

In light of delay or damage caused by the uncontrollable factors or events, such as extreme weather conditions in Japan, in Hong Kong or over the freight journey, we are not liable for any refund. We will resume our service soonest possible to mitigate the impact.
