Flower Care
General Tips
①UNPACKING
②CLEAN AND TRIM STEMS
Carefully unpack the box with clean tools.
Your tools must not be rusty.
Wear plastic gloves to avoid flower toxins of certain species.
Take photos of the state of flowers should there be any damaged ones.
Wash the bottom part of the stems soaked in eco jelly or water bag during the freight.
Trim 1-2cm away based on the type of flower.
Remove leaves that may then be soaked in fresh water.
③REVIVE THROUGH HYDRATION
④REPACKAGE FOR YOUR CLIENTS
After the long freight, the flowers are understandably dehydrated.
Revive the flowers by soaking the bottom part of the stems in fresh water for 2-4 hours.
If you are selling stems of flowers instead of bouquet, you should repack the flowers with proper hydration accessories.
Rugs
Pillows
Vacuum gently and rotate regularly for even wear.
Spot clean with mild soap and water. Wool rugs should be professionally cleaned every 1–2 years.
Most covers can be hand-washed or dry-cleaned. Air dry away from direct sunlight and fluff regularly to keep their shape.

General Care
Hand wash cold with gentle detergent or dry clean.
Lay flat to dry. Brush wool occasionally and store folded in a breathable bag.
Avoid direct sunlight. Natural fibers soften beautifully over time, and slight variations are part of their handmade charm.
