Refund Policy

Damaged Flowers

  • Flowers are delicate and easily damaged. We endeavour to pack all products securely, but should there be any flowers damaged during the delivery, we will offer to partially refund the damaged flowers under the terms of conditions of the Refund Policy.

  • Flowers are organic products. It is not possible to guarantee each stem to be in the exact standard outlined in the product description. Discrepancy between the actual products and the product description is not an acceptable basis for refund.

  • Personal preference is also not an acceptable basis for refund.

  • Photographic evidence is required along with your report of quality issues in 24 hours from the completion of delivery.

Third Party Involvement or Unattended Delivery

  • When an order is received by a third party (such as a building receptionist, colleague, or neighbour), the recipient will be considered to have received the goods on behalf of the client. We will no longer be responsible for the condition of the products after the third party receives the package.

  • For orders received by a third party, we will deliver the package according to the authorisation provided by the client. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss if the recipient fails to properly handle or store the delivery.

  • Please ensure that the third party is contactable and capable of receiving the package on your behalf. Once products are received by a third party, we will contact the client to confirm delivery.

  • If you discover any problems with the products after the third party receives them, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will do our best to resolve your issue, but we cannot be held responsible for damage to the flowers potentially caused by improper handling by the third party.

  • If you or the third party assigned are not contactable during delivery, we can leave the box(es) of products at your doorstep with prior delivery instruction, but we cannot be held responsible for damage to the flowers potentially caused by the unattended environment.

Force Majeure

  • In light of delay or damage caused by the uncontrollable factors or events, such as extreme weather conditions in Japan, in Hong Kong or over the freight journey, we are not liable for any refund. We will resume our service soonest possible to mitigate the impact.

Form of Refund

  • A partial refund for damaged flowers will be completed in 14-day upon confirmation.
