Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to Manyo Flowers Limited and its subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies (collectively, "the Company" or "we") operating products and services. We respect your personal data privacy and fully comply with its protections and all relevant provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong) ("the Ordinance").

Statement Regarding the Collection of Personal Data
We primarily provide delivery services. The basic business functions we offer include account registration and login, order placement, address management, payment, tracking, invoicing, information display, security, customer service, complaints, and feedback processing. Our collection and use of information will comply with the legal basis explicitly stated in laws and regulations. The term "personal data" in this Privacy Policy has the meaning as defined in regulations. The personal data you may be required to provide mainly includes information that would prevent us from operating our business without it. 1. Personal and company information (including name, company name, physical address, email address, contact phone and fax numbers, user account, account password, and information used for account verification);
2. Address used for our delivery service, mailing address, and/or billing address;
3. Payment transaction information (including payment card details or account information used for online payment and its billing address or related account information such as account number);
4. Courier information (including (a) the name, physical address, email address, and contact number of the shipper and recipient, (b) the signature as proof of delivery, and (c) the account number of the monthly settlement account). (d) Information provided to us to help us access the locations where services are provided, and information relating to the contents of a shipment, but limited to information that identifies you personally and relates to the contents of the shipment;
5. Identification information, including the type and number of identification documents;
6. Responses to our service satisfaction surveys;
7. Your computer or mobile device IP address, real-time location data, browser settings, browsing history and/or other internet records when you use certain services; or
8. Other personal data provided in connection with the use of our products or services.
We strive to verify the information you provide using industry-standard practices and guidelines. In certain circumstances, we can use existing data to verify the authenticity of the information provided. As required by the Ordinance, original documents must be verified in some cases before we can use personal data such as identity documents (as defined in the Ordinance) and/or proof of address. The accuracy of the personal data we collect, use, and disclose depends heavily on the information you provide. You have the right to request changes to your personal data, and we recommend that you notify us of any errors in your personal data or any updates to your personal data. We have fully complied with our obligations regarding the "Right to Access and Correct Information" as stipulated in the Ordinance. Please refer to the "Access and Correction of Personal Data" section for details on how to obtain and correct any personal data we hold about you.
Main Uses of Your Personal Data
Your personal data may be used for the following purposes:
1. Identifying you and/or opening and managing your account;
2. Providing you with the products and/or services you require;
3. Customer service & handling of complaints and feedback;
4. Handling claims for compensation made in connection with your use of the products and/or services;
5. Marketing programs, promotional schemes, opinion polls, sweepstakes and other related offers or promotions in which you participate;
6. Disclosure to other persons at your request;
7. Matching your data with information collected from other sources (including third parties) for other purposes in order to provide products and services (as defined in the Ordinance);
8. Promotion or advertising of any products and/or services of the Company and its affiliates, agents, contractors and third-party suppliers, with your consent as required by the Ordinance;
9. Business planning and improvement of the products and/or services provided to you by the Company and its affiliates, agents, contractors and third-party suppliers, which may be carried out in various ways, including but not limited to research, analysis and/or surveys;
10. The right to analyze, verify, and enforce contracts regarding the products or services provided to you by our company, and/or to check your credit, payment, and/or status;
11. To enable our company to conduct the day-to-day operations of your accounts with our company and/or collect outstanding amounts from your accounts, including engaging debt collection agents;
12. To maintain and develop our business systems and infrastructure, including testing and updating such systems;
13. To keep you informed of the latest information regarding the products and services provided by our company and other products and services;
14. To prevent, detect, or investigate criminal activities;
15. Disclosures required or permitted by law; and/or
16. Any other uses that you agree to with our mutual consent.
We will make every reasonable effort to ensure that all personal data we hold is stored in a reliable, secure, and safe location, and to prevent unauthorized access, use, deletion, or alteration.
Personal Data Storage and Security
If necessary for our operations, we may transfer personal data outside the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to achieve the purposes for which such data was collected, or for purposes directly related to such collection. Any such data transfer will comply with and be bound by regulations.
Transfer of Personal Data Outside Hong Kong
We will destroy the personal data we hold in accordance with our internal policy, which includes the following objectives:
1. All personal data will be retained until the purposes for which the data was collected, or for purposes directly related to such collection, are achieved; unless such personal data is required to be retained under any applicable law or contract; and
2. We manage and regulate the storage and use of personal data to protect data security by establishing data classification and grading, data security management standards, and secure development standards. Personal data that does not require reuse or is not currently updated for audit purposes will be deleted and destroyed immediately after use.
Destruction of Personal Data
All personal data we hold will be kept confidential. However, to fulfill legal obligations or requirements, provide services to you, or perform the original purpose or directly related purpose for which personal data was collected, we may disclose such information to the following persons (regardless of whether they are located in Hong Kong or outside Hong Kong):
1. Any subsidiary, holding company, affiliate, or company or joint venture owned by or controlled by the Company;
2. Any individual or company acting on behalf of or in connection with the Company for the purpose of providing such information, or for any purpose directly relating to such individual or company;
3. Any other person obligated to maintain confidentiality with the Company, including members of corporate groups who have committed to maintaining the confidentiality of such information, IT consultants, data processing contractors, auditors, accountants, or lawyers;
4. Courts, law enforcement agencies, or other statutory or regulatory bodies, agencies, or organizations with jurisdiction;
5. Any financial institution, fee or credit card company, credit provider, credit information or investigation agency, or debt collection agent, securities agent required to establish and support payment for any services requested;
6. Any potential or actual participant, assignee, or transferee relating to all or part of the Company’s operations. Personal data may also be disclosed to any person under any statutory or contractual obligation or court requirement, provided that they demonstrate their right/power to access the data. In addition, personal data may be disclosed in the circumstances set out in Part VIII of the Ordinance, where such personal data is exempt from the protection of data under Article 3.
Disclosure of Personal Data
As per regulations, we will comply with your request and will not use your personal data for direct marketing purposes. With your consent, we may use your personal data and various contact methods, such as email address, mailing address, mobile phone number, telephone number, service number, and service account number, to deliver different promotional materials to you, including the latest information on our products and services, as well as gifts, discounts, offers, and information. We may also provide customers with the latest information on various products or services. You may withdraw your consent at any time in accordance with this Privacy Policy statement, unaffected by the service contract period. If your consent is not withdrawn, it will remain valid after the contract expires.
Direct Marketing
According to the Ordinance, you have the right to access or correct your personal data held by us. To access or correct your data, please complete the Access to Information Request Form (Pos736) or the Correction of Personal Data Request Form (Pos736A) and mail the completed form, along with your relevant identity document (a copy of your Hong Kong Identity Card or passport) and the specified fee, to the contact address provided below. Alternatively, if you do not wish to provide your identity document, you must submit the completed form to us in person, presenting your relevant identity document at the time of submission. After accepting the accuracy and validity of the access and correction request, we will endeavor to respond to the request within the time limit stipulated in the Ordinance.
Access to and Correction of Personal Data
This Privacy Policy applies only to our websites and mobile applications. Our websites and mobile applications may contain links to other websites, websites, and mobile applications. Whenever you access any such linked website, such as clicking on any advertiser's link section, you have left our websites and mobile applications. Any personal data or other information you provide to any other organization after leaving our websites and mobile applications is not under our control, and you assume all risks associated with browsing or using other websites, websites, and mobile applications.
