Order Flow

Become an approved member and login
Choose flowers at the Wholesale Market and add to cart
Checkout to send us the order request. Please put your additional request in the message box. Additional requests could be sourcing other flowers not shown at the Wholesale Market, additional quality requests etc.
We will get in touch with you to understand your preference before we check with our Japan partners to confirm availability.
Once availability confirmed, we will invoice you with a payment deadline. Your order is only confirmed after you pre-pay for the order.

Lead Time

You are advised to raise your order request at least 5 days in advanced from the freight day (freight day not included) for order under 100 stems in total. Please refer to the Shipping Policy to understand the freight day and delivery day options.
You are advised to raise your order request at least 7-14 days in advanced from the freight day (freight day not included) for order beyond 100 stems in total. Please refer to the Shipping Policy to understand the freight day and delivery day options.
Urgent order will be catered at our best, but the availability of flowers is not guaranteed. Please note that we may request for a instant deposit in order to speed up the process. Should the deposit exceeds the order sum, the remaining fee will be refunded after the order completed in 7-days.

Japanese Flower Sourcing

After we received a client's online order request, we will communicate with our Japanese partners to confirm the availability of your choices. Flower supply is subjected to real-time growing and harvesting factors, if your choices are not available on your selected delivery date, we will propose substitutes for your consideration.
Client must confirm the finalised order by payment before the payment deadline. We are not responsible for any consequences of late payment.
If we proceed the order with a late payment, additional charges may be incurred and shall be borne by the client.

In the unlikely event of a prolonged custom clearance, the delivery of your order maybe delayed out of our control. We are not responsible for any loss incurred, but will communicate with you to mitigate the impact.

Without the need of storage, flowers will be delivered to you straight from the Hong Kong airport on the day of arrival. The Same Day Delivery will happen between 5pm to 7pm.
If you are not available to pick up the flowers, you may choose the Next Day Delivery. Your flowers will be stored without unpacking in a 0-4 degree celsius warehouse storage.

After a long shipping journey, the flowers are understandably in need of water. Clients are advised to perform necessary flower care steps at once upon receiving the flowers soonest possible. Please reference the Flower Care page for general tips.
Some flowers may contain toxins, please handle with care.
Flowers are delicate products and are easily damaged. Should you wish to request for a refund, please refer to the Refund Policy.

Permission is required for the use of our brand name, media and texts on all platforms, except for sharing our content or posts on social media with proper credits.
When you share our content or posts on social media, we reserve the rights for legal actions should there be any distortion from facts or misrepresentations.
